Queen Custom Music Quilt
Custom Designed Music Quilt using a combination of applique and piecing of traditional patterns. Includes Trip Around the World, and Traditional Quilt Blocks in Corners. Log Cabin Strips to fill in corners. Big pink heart with lace trim to contain the keyboard, drums, guitar and music notes. This is a gorgeous quilt, also with matching pillow, with perfectly coordinated fabrics and lots of lace and glittery rick-rack. See gallery below for details.
Full Size Mariners Quilt
A super-sized quilt for a little guy, but he loved it! Mariners compass is appliqued in the middle with sea friends around. The top of the quilt contains the traditional quilting sailboat squares sailing over "waves" of half circle pieces fitted together for a slight 3D effect. A giant whale swims beneath, and lands at the end of the bed. More half circle scallops complete the edge next to borders all around. Basic matching pillow with leftover fabric.
See gallery below for details.

Twin Size Doll Quilt: My daughter at age 4 receiving the coolest quilt ever . . .; also Lots of Hearts quilt appliqued; the Farm Quilt - a kit a customer gave me to complete - quite a lot of work, but turned out really nice!
Baby Quilts
I've made so many baby quilts, that I don't have pictures of them all, but here are a few in this gallery below. Some are obviously of traditional quilt patterns. Some of are my own design. Some are a combination. All of these quilts were loved by my customers, and reports are that their babies, now grown up, still have their quilts from long ago! That's really neat.

Sarah
Meet a completely homemade doll "Sarah" that I made over 30 years ago for my oldest daughter. Now she has passed her to her youngest daughter! Pulled out of the cedar chest and needing a new hair-do, Sarah is now refreshed - her outfit still pretty much intact! This was really fun!
